Warhammer Third Edition Reference by Dreamfish

I noticed that there has been a discussion on the Blood Forum about a Warhammer Third Edition reference. This got me thinking, as I was sure that I had a pretty detailed, non-copyright, version lying around somewhere. A quick hunt through my computer and I found this reference by Alex Koning.

EDIT: WHO TURNS OUT TO BE OUR OWN DREAMFISH.

I cannot recall where I got it from, but big thanks to Alex for putting it together. I hope some of you fellow Third Edition gamers get some use out of it.

I present it here as an embedded document as I am aware that some of you are having problems with Scribd  accounts. If you want a copy, just email me and I'll send it out to you.

Otherwise,

enjoy.

  2. Cheers Orlygg; really helpful for someone like me who hasn't played third since, well, fourth came out and I decided I was "too grown up" for wargames - the folly of youth!

  3. Alex is the chap whose miniatures feature in the online battle reports we run - Bridge Over the River Chai, Shadow of Kole's Lorr and It's Fun to Slay at the Wyemm Seeyay. He's also the author of the WFB3 Army Builder files (including a bloody good swing at the RoC stuff!). He's usually known as Dreamfish. Most recently known for his astonishing games table, which can be discovered here:

  5. That's an excellent resource - probably best reading it before trying to read the book as it's easier to understand!

  9. The reference posted is actually an old version. The reference is maintained on the Blood forum - under the rules section. No big changes, just some corrected typos.

Just thought to post the reference up the board as a sticky thread. Any updates or changes will be discused here. This reference is a compilation of every single rule from the main WFB3 rulebook.

You can download it at http://www.dreamfish.nl/wfb3/rules/wfb3-reference-v1.4.pdf

Subedai was so kind to make an A5 booklet version from the original PDF. It can be downloaded here at http://www.dreamfish.nl/wfb3/rules/wfb3-reference-v1.4-a5.pdf

      Grtz,
