OLDHAMMER WEEKEND 2015 LAUNCH 1st - 2nd August

Organisation of the annual Oldhammer Weekend event at Wargames Foundry has stepped up a notch and Gaj (from the seminal Warhammer for Adults) has started hitting the buttons on his keyboard to help the event run smoothly.

Details about how you can book a table at the event, recommended places to stay, travel instructions will all come later on... so for now have a look at that date - 1st and 2nd of August (with stuff happening on the Friday as a prelude to the event).

We will keep you posted on further developments on forum, blog and Facebook group.

If you are interested in attending the event and don't quite know what to expect, cast your eyes over these photographs....

The Wargames Foundry provides a fantastic rural location with plenty of parking and considerable table space for a wide range of games.
Expect massive games of Warhammer - like this enormous siege from last year's event.
The event is international, with players travelling from all over Europe - and even further afield!
Bryan's staggering collection of ORIGINAL painted Citadel miniatures will again be on display.
In further news, Diane and Bryan Ansell have invited the legendary artist and Citadel Designer Tony Ackland to reside with them at Stoke Hall during the event. Need to know more about this influential Warhammer designer? Read here and here.

  6. I plan events in New York, and I do planning in such way that everything went smoothly. I always make sure that everyone who is attending events just enjoy it without any hassle. DO you have any suggestion which can help me in planning in best way?

  7. Hi.
I'll be traveling from quite far. I was wondering where people usually stay? Is there a b&b nearby?

  8. Australia why are you so far away, I blame the government in England during the 1780's for choosing a colony site on the other side of the world :(
