Sold him and some other adventurers on ebay about 10 years ago. I must add that I love the Bob Olley beastmen and Ogryns - some of his stuff isn't great but I reckon these figures are.Firthy 74https://www.blogger.com/profile/17104155948966037030noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3283315887973123007.post-86467704294938070622014-04-03T13:58:11.364-07:002014-04-03T13:58:11.364-07:00I've always been in awe of the Slanneshi champ...I've always been in awe of the Slanneshi champion. And I've seen an even better one painted by Sturmhalo/Doremi Faso Latido. Not sure if it's in his blog. Lovely painting all round, though. And of course, the rather odd juxtaposition of orc, eldar and marine in the same force by Andy Craig is one that I remember from the time.Rabhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10066364524817373862noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3283315887973123007.post-89662725957885888942014-04-03T12:15:57.886-07:002014-04-03T12:15:57.886-07:00Interesting to see the tall slottabases on the las...Interesting to see the tall slottabases on the last page. I rmember when they showed up at the Studio. Rumor was that they were commissioned as part of someone's idea to market minis in chess sets, but I don't know if that's true. Certainly it never happened. In the end I think they were sold as "display bases".Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3283315887973123007.post-30464746717070668082014-04-03T11:50:09.828-07:002014-04-03T11:50:09.828-07:00The dwarf warrior on the first page is the one tha...The dwarf warrior on the first page is the one that grabbed me. The face and the boots make it pop while still keeping within the muted colour scheme. I almost chose the nurgle fly champion but I realised what made it work for me was the other chaos minis beside it; they would look pretty amazing ranked up.Simon D.https://www.blogger.com/profile/17788037479958489349noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3283315887973123007.post-14132285693123722014-04-03T11:40:54.640-07:002014-04-03T11:40:54.640-07:00I love the fact that every model it given its own ...I love the fact that every model it given its own little piece of centre-stage - no anonymous models in staged battles here.
